• Name, email address, phone number, driver's licence image, home address, and age.
• Payment information (processed securely through Stripe).

Your information is used to:

• Process payments and transactions.
• Verify your eligibility to use our services (age and residency verification).
• Communicate with you regarding your account and services.

We may share your data with:

• Stripe for payment processing.
• The Ministry of Transportation for regulatory purposes.

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information, but no method of data transmission or storage is entirely secure.

Drivisa's refund policy is clear: 80% of whatever is left in credit.

Example: a student bought Driver's Ed for $494 and did not start the program for a reason. The student/parent can request a refund via the registered email, or a text via the registered phone number, and the student gets $395.20 back to the same card used for payment.

A student who finished half of the program (20/40 hours) gets 80% of the remaining ($494 ÷ 2 = $247), which is $197.60.

Credits are available for 1 year from the date of purchase.

• Rescheduling and switching instructors are free of charge 48 hours prior to classes.
• Cancellation and rescheduling between 24–48 hours cost half.
• Cancellations and rescheduling in less than 24 hours are non-refundable.
