To obtain a driving instructor’s license in Ontario, you must successfully complete a Ministry of Transportation of Ontario (MTO) -approved training course.

PDIO’s MTO-approved In-Car Instructor course contains 80 hours of classroom content and 51.5 hours of in-car instruction. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are currently teaching using a Virtual Classroom with in-person instruction for the in-car portion of the course.
